Insurance Accepted
Making quality therapy accessible through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Oklahoma.

Payment Information
Self-Pay Clients
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance Clients
We'll verify your benefits before our first session. You'll be responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or deductible as determined by your plan.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
